That proverb makes no sense to me....so you should practically get hung by your own kindness? I suck at interpretating stuff like that as you can tell, lol. To tie loving kindness and tureness around your throat means to have them ever present with you to share with others. The throat indicates that loving and kind words should ever be present in us to share with others. HUGS!!
