Description
This is my Final image at renderosity....The magic that drew me to this site is gone and i dont think it will ever be like it was..The TOS is unfair and not written clearly enough to be used as a guidline without moderators reviews. the administration is slow to act on problems and has drawn out the changeover that should have been unnoticible and seamless for months..wich further distances us from friends and community..I love my friends here but this has just gotten ridiculous...The site is almost unusably slow and then the final straws with Tiquanleap and others getting banned for what i do regularly..scares me..i wont post here under the fear of being banned at any moment..For a rule that they have to have a meeting to decide everytime how old the pollygons in a character are..its just to stupid and is a power thing..the rules should say you can or you cant,,not "we'll let the moderators decide"...but i am tired of explaining and complaining...I am out of here.
I will leave my gallery intact so i can still comunicate with friends..but am turning my ebots off and walking away...

I understand your frustration and anger, especially where it concerns Tiquanleap. There is definitely a sense of favoritism and or discrimination going on here at times. You have my utmost respect for making this decision and keeping it, although I as well as many others will hate to see you gone from these hallowed and at times, infamous halls. However, I do trust that I will be able to continue our friendship over at DSA? Take care my friend and if you decide to come back to Rosity, I'll be there first one there with welcoming arms.

Sorry to see you leave Bill, I can fully understand your feelings and agree with what you are saying. Please let us know if you are gonna post your work somewhere else so we won't loose the great artist I think you are. Best off luck my friend and take care. Oh Bill, this is an absolute tragedy! Obviously, you have made your mind up, but I beg you to re-consider. Dave is still about, posting beautiful work quite happily, but sadly not on Renderosity. I do agree that at times the site is still slow and I can just imagine how you must be feeling, with a dial up connection. You are well respected here Richard and I believe in time, things will get better, server wise, eventually. You are one of the people I joined Renderosity for. You're a good man Bill. Please don't go! I rest my case. I'm sure thereare a lot of other people who feel like I do. Steve :o) Heck, I even put a new avtar up for ya! Hahahaha!

Hey Bill, I can understand your feelings completely. You and your incredible art will be missed here terribly by everyone. I am looking for another place to post my images because of the issues you wrote about. I have a high speed connection, but Rendo is terribly slow for me too. Only the Marketplace seems to be moving at a decent speed. What happened to Dave can happen to anyone, and I know of several people who have had images unfairly removed by moderators in the past. Bill, I have always enjoyed your unique art, concepts and vision. I've been here awhile too and seen many a great artist sadly leave - not just Dave, of course. I completely respect and understand your thoughts and feelings regarding the apparent ad-hoc approach to "interpretating" what is and what isn't "acceptable. At it's best it is subjective, at it's worst it can be a means to a lynching. Please let me know where you will post in the future by dropping me a line - I very much want to continue to follow your great artwork. And should you decide to stay, or take a respite and return again some day - you will be most welcome! Tito (nucks)

Its really sad to hear you are leaving Bill, but i do agree with everything you said. I post least on this site than anywhere else... i can recommend some nice places like foreverynyte said, DSA is a nice place, as is startiste, sheezy art, and DA... Could you drop me a line sometime, as i have an opportunity for you if thats ok... regarding a magazine if you're interested in having your art featured :-) Thanks again for sharing your work with us. You know what bad things happened to me here...and I am back as I love people, I love my friends as I know you in really life! How many images you made for me...and made me happy so many times! My problem now is to comment and surfing around as you know how sick I am! But I have to do something to be again close to you! I respect you and your art...and love your great heart! :Sighs: so many people leaving... its really sad when friends start. I really think Rendo has shot themselves in the foot with all the rules. Its definitely had an adverse affect on the community as a whole. But I dont blame you or others. Its hard to hang in a place where youre constantly under the gun.
