Hi, my name is Ulla and I live in Switzerland. Besides having a talent in working with clay and modelling sculptures in ceramic, photography has been one of my fav hobbies since my teenage years. In the ninties when computers and digital cameras came into my life this hobby was intensified a lot.
Creating in 3d nowadays is my main focus, although my camera still stays with me.

It is rather hidden. What sort of bloom is this? Interesting.

I love the way the light comes through the leaves, showing each vein in each leaf. The hidden bloom is delightful .. what is it that's hiding it's blooms so carefully?

It's a plant called dutchman's pipe or broad-leaved birthwort or pipe vine, a creeping plant, growing on houses. I love those translucent light green leaves, but it wasn't until this spring I got wise about the hidden blossoms, which look similar to those of the carnivorous plants.
