Description
This is actually the background for a page in one of my children's books/ minus text and characters, lol.
This was made in Paint Shop Pro 7, and done in layer's, and done with my mouse. Although, I do have a tablet, I am more comfortable and do better work with my mouse.
The summer is ending, I think we all should enjoy the beach once more!!
