Description
Just got back from a few days in Barcelona, Spain and the highlight of the trip was a hotair balloon ride. I thought I would share it with you but you won't get the wonderful feeling of peace and quiet and serenity.

wonderful picture - is this 'out-of-cam' or did you paste the baloon in?

I'm sure no picture could capture the feeling one must have at a vantage point like this. This is lovely!

And I'm just down the road but didn't see you. Fantastic photo which brought back memories of a similar ride in Scotland many years ago.

There is a feeling of being sandwiched between two layers of clouds. Terrific image. On my list of things to do before I die that may cause my death! LOL. Thanks for sharing. BJ

OK. I confess. It is a composite image. I took lots of pictures of the in-flight balloon but it was never in quite the right position with the Pyranees in the background. There is no steering wheel on a balloon and although we were in direct communication with the other balloon, I didn't want to spoil the enjoyment of ten other flyers just so I could get my "perfect picture". Please just accept the image as it is. Thank you

Hey Jack! The pic looks great, VERY peaceful. If I may just add my thoughts. To make it more realistic you maybe should do a mirror image of the balloon so the light side of the balloon is facing where the light source is coming from in the top left corner. Even still, I love the pic, well done! :) Hope you didnt mind my input. Take care.

really an amazing shot..congrats

Quite right Shucoda. I had already redone the picture and reversed the balloon. Which also meant that I had to remove the balloon ID number as it was back to front.
