Well, here is a start of a scene containing the PDA geometry I posted earlier tonight. It is still really simple, just a few lights and some props. As simple as it is, I kind of like the subtle transparency of the notebook paper... Once again, feel free to rip this image to shreds. Let me know how to make it better!

I think you done a good job. Looks realistic, like a photo. The only thing is. I think, that you should light up the PDA some more.

Check along your pen. It needs better anti-alaising. And the top edge of the digital widget. Other than that, looks nice. :)

yeah -- dumbass me, forgot to set the aliasing prefs to "best" rather than the default "geometry"... oops.

cool modelling, but yeah the guys are right with the light & antialiasing. more details on the PDA, the lcd might be turned on. and perhaps some handwritings on the papers.
