This is one of the most gorgeous Vue renders I've ever seen! The muted, misty colours - the textures - the beautiful forms and atmosphere. Really, really nice work. Thanks

Sensational!!!
EagleIFilms
Wow...I'd frame that and put it in my living room...
jaims
excellent... but just a question: did you use only Vue?
Myske
Only Vue, used Paintshop pro just to optimalise the jpeg. regards Myske thanks for all the nice comments

Je to absolne dokonal..ehh, sorry. I forgot to speak English when I see it. Wonderful !!!

Outstanding work, Myske! I don't see anything I "recognize" from Vue; is everything in this an alpha object (which is part of the challenge, folks)? Nicely done...has very much the appearance of the Hudson River School styling! :)
audity
this is really nice Myske ! did you send it to e-on ? you should...
Kattleprod
Absolutley gorgeous! The best compliment I can pay this image is that I honestly would never have guessed it was a Vue render. Superb.
Rynn
Absolutly wonderful picture!

Great image Myske, very very nice. I agreewith audity, you should send it to e-on for their gallery (only permitted if there is no postwork)
Myske
As Varian says the Callenge asked for alpha planes. And all the trees and terrains and rocks are composed by alpha planes. Only the atmosphere and the water is vue. So I do not think this belongs in a Vue Gallery . But the result is nice and it was a challenge to compose it. Myske

Probaly one of the most impressive Vue pics I've ever seen, incredible!

tres tres joli belle atmophere vraiment superbe
Myske
If you do not Know what the challenge is about, you better not say anything at all. Alpha planes was the challenge and they are in vue. so its 100 % vue.
darthie112
ok, if you do not see it, and you also don't care what i say it is ok, i was not unfriendly, but i said what i thought. but you can not compare this picture with most of the other pictures posted here
Myske
C'mon guys. No big deal. Sounds like flame, only for this challenge made this way. no meaning to compare with normal Vue.

Second: Ever ocurred to you , that it can be considered VERY impolite , posting remarks like yours in german , on ENGLISH-language-site? I'm not posting in Dutch , am I? A simple rule of courtesy , that presumably went past you. Third: Deleting posts , that started this dispute , I consider extremely lame.(That one goes to darthie112 as well...) And as far as that "painter-argument of your is concerned: Ever been to a real artgallery? Picture-Composition is a recognised art-form. Note as well , that Myske never claimed to be an "artist". Final line: I doesn't matter what road you take to a nice picture ; it's the result that counts.

This is a winner for sure.!
cermit
fantastic pic...Is there any postwork ?
Myske
No Cermit no post work, but it was a last year challenge. And the we had to use alfaplanes. And I did , a lot :)

I just saw this one....excellent, beautiful work. This must have been done before I came, and I'm so glad I found it.

Great picture - amazing composition, but in my opinion too much postprocessing
