Everywhere I go Everyone is talking Talking Talking No one listens To anyone else They smile And laugh But nothing sinks in Nothing makes you think anymore How are you I am fine Did you see the game last night Blah blah blah They are wearing me down They are crushing my brain I stand in line And think the same By the way How are you today?

I'm fine thanks for asking. I hope you are as well. I rarely get asked that question by anyone but strangers, I always answer, and truthfully. My dad always said never ask a question unless you know or want to know the answer. I try to remember. Thanks for sharing your thoughts. perhaps you should give it a try. They still say hi but ask a different question. BJ

I think sometimes silence holds the most interesting words, far better then the "how do you dos?" and "is it raining outside?". I think your words reflect the average Monday. I can relate.
