@ claymore So WAS I! Then I found myself looking up and down the street wondering if I could load it on the flatbed, before I got caught. Did everybody overlook the car? Believe that classic "V" on the grille makes it a Caddy, but I could be wrong. Couldn't do wheelies, but if you slammed on the brakes, it COULD do nosies:) Great period piece. Smashing job.

Damn! I had to look at that for a good 20 seconds before I realized it wasn't a photograph. Amazing realism here and top notch modelling!

by ICM (online now) on Sep 22, 2006 8:52:09 am [homepage] [delete] Oops, sorry again, She'sanotamymodel!(grin) Although there were a couple tricks putting this together. IE: Even with collision turned on I had to pull the kickstand onto the surface by adding a stronger shadow under it, after adjusting for the front tire. The Garage & garage doors are low poly presets in Carrara, which I added the stone mat for the walls. The doors are actually interior double french doors. Both products have post work done to them to match the photo quality and mapping inconsistancies. Guess I'm going to have to try more of these photo-realism style renders. Glad you like'm

"Guess I got what I deserve..." Title reminded me of the Badfinger song. Very nice work, Rod.

This is a jaw-droppingly amazing render. It is almost indistinguishable from a photograph. I cannot give a score less than '5' on this one!
