Description

I haven't figured out a name for him yet, but this is my 8 week old ferret kit. He's quite a handful, and the only way I could get him to sit still for a portrait was to give him something to play with...my cowboy hat.

Adorable! In french we have a kid's song that says "He runs, he runs, the ferret,...he went by here, he'll repass by there,...". Seems to be an excited animal. Good luck and enjoy yourselves :)

Nice shot, captures his expression perfectly. After trying to photograph cats and birds, I can imagine how hard it is to get a good picture of a ferret.
