Description

This is a memorial to the little filly we lost that I have have finally been able to finish. I had bred my wonderful buckskin Morgan mare Juanita and all seemed fine til she was running over a month late. She finally delivered but we lost her lovely little buckskin filly that same day. It broke both our hearts and we still miss our little girl I named Cielita (spanish for a "little piece of heaven"). So this is a portrait of what should have been but was fated not to be... Mil Horse posed, morphed, matted and rendered in Poser 5. background created in Photoshop CS and imported into Poser as background. Postwork in Photoshop on manes etc using some of the new hair brushes I am trying to develop. Completion date: 9-22-2006

I love this beutiful rendering not only because it's one of the more beautiful horse portraits I've seen, but it reminds me so much of my own best friend Zou Zou, a spanish stallion, who left this world after 26 years of loyal service and friendship to me, only last year. Thank you for the memory!

i'm so sorry but don't give up try try and try again.the painting is completely beautiful .the lighting is of the best i have ever seen.increadable beauty here. sometimes in my life when i'm living in such a sinthetic world itdoesn't seem real that there is such beauty as this that does exsist on earth i'm so thankful to see this and thank you.it is remarkable.

I raised and trained horses for years, you cannot escape the occasional death, in any form it is always difficult to understand unless one has a connection with the soul of these animals. Great job capturing the nature of the horse.
