Another attempt at this pic .
Again the shadows dont show so well due to the circular nature of the light positions . But the lights now closer resemble torch light .

Its getting much better. Now it comes down to little things. Move the Nubian to position 3 and the short girl to 1: the column will help distinguish the dark skin from the background. You have set shadow patterns that seem created by stronger lights on the left of the bodies; those should also play into the ground as well. Then do something about the "deer caught in the headlights" look on the two women in the middle, and youre basically there.

Wow! VS is on a roll today! I do think the Nubian would show up a lot better in front of the lighter column, Man, I'd like to see this after you get it weaked out! Nice job!
