With more sunrise light coming upon us, we could work our camera's a little better. What really caught our attention again is that lava glow higher up on the hill. You can't see the forest line but it started to burn and on fire. Will post a few pictures here of the lava ooze before heading up hill. Terry is really anxious to go uphill. Wow, its like another planet shot. Really impressive that I'm here quitly in my monotoneous belgium and that somewhere in the world there are so different landscapes. It amaze my since a longtime. Great shot Eroll, Aloha, G.

Angle of this lava field reminds me of a LOTR trilogy. Mt.Doom was looks like this! (well..that was filmed on a volcano in New Zealand, Mt.Ruapehu) Just fascinating shot by shot!

Wow I've seen this color once in a sunset but not as brigth as this nor as deep of blue.. It is amazing what colors you can find in this great mother earth. It is a excellent capture of color, texture and heat. I like it much. Thank for sharing. :)

Wow, that is really amazing. The closest wen get ot lava in Missouri is by digging down a couple of miles. Amazing to capture the glow like that.
