One of my good friends went to Georgetown Law School, I took this on a visit to DC in October of 2001.

October of 2001, this is right after Sep. 11 events. I am surprised they let people get that close to the main buildings in D.C. About the image, it is a great capture of the capital building with the moon in the back ground.

It was right after Sept. 11th. This was as close as you could get to the Capitol building, I think it was taken just east of the Grant Memorial.
