Description

Hi Everyone! So... I'm exhausted, sunburnt and my eyes still see blurry jet-plane images.... but I must say, the airshow I went to today was awesome!! From rooivalke, to mirages and cheetahs (I only found all this out today - I actually know nothing about aviation) .... and boy do those jets fly fast!!!! It was really tricky trying to capture these buggers!!... but I managed one or 2! So here is one! I might post another, depends if I feel it will live up to standards... Hope you enjoy it! I sure had fun trying! Have a great night! eST

I may be wrong, but that looks like a F-16 fighter zooming across the blue, trailing those skinny contrails. Superb capture, especially since those multimillion dollar "buggers" are most difficult to track, frame and capture. Well done, young lady!

What a shot! I was watching from the roof parking at Canal Walk when this one flew by.... without a camera in hand. Great capture! By the way, goodoldboy, the aircraft is a Dassault Mirage F1, now owned by the SAAF museum.

Nice condensation trails and the clouds add nicely to the pic. Did you get any of the four Lightnings ?
