Description

Today, the plan was to hike in a beautiful mountain area not far from here...we awoke to pouring rain. All day has been like that. I managed to get one photo between the rains. A moment later and all was pouring again. One day, one photo. I don't do much landscape, please bear with this one..I like it, perhaps you will, too. Note: This image is slightly revised from the one of Sept. 23. I worked tenderly to slightly bring out a small portion of the distant shoreline. This is very close to the actual scene..I don't think the slight change will bother the fine posters to this image. good reflection and colors but I miss not finding the shore line with the darker lighting.

Lovely serenity and clear water under cloudy sky. A bit darkish along the green bushes, but I bet the dark clouds are to blame for the lack of light. Have you experimented with contrast some?
