I can not advice you on how to make it better except I found solid color backgrounds may not be as popular as soft natural backgrounds. extremely beautiful flower and post work

Red is a hard one to capture just right, especially flowers, this one is very well done though!!!!!! There's sometining about it I like too!!!!!!!!! thanks!!!!!

I agree with the previous comments. I'd try a different background first and then making the red brighter as a suggestion, but you will have to evaluate as it can render a completely different (unwanted) look. Higlighting the yellow in the centre may also be worth a try, but that will/may shift attention away from the beautiful red. Good luck, it looks great nonetheless!
