Bye, Bye Corvo, Azoren (17) We have reached the end of our visit to Corvo!! We were just on time for our boat back to Flores, enjoying a 2 hour sail and we encountered a Spermwhale!!, Have a very nice sunday Henk After a two hours sail with a small cargo carrier, you reach the sister island of Flores the island Corvo (Its only 10 miles sailing and we have spotted dolphins). Corvo is the smallest island from the Acores, one single volcano, approx 450 inhabitants, often the top of the volcano is covered by clouds. See also previous postings!! After the two hours sail, we were the only passengers, you reach the little island and we had only 2 hours to explore. Why???????? The little cargo carrier needed only 2 hours to drop off the cargo and to take new on board. There is hardly a place to stay on Corvo, and its not sure when the boat is coming back, next day or after 3 days? The first thing we did is to find a

Very nice image, like how the trails from the boat leads the eye to the main focalpoint (the island) Like the colours eaven tough the sea it sealf seems almost to darkblue.
