Description

Thank you all so much on the comments on my previous images!!!! They are very appreciated. This is a little vignette of the fishing boats of the kind used across Adriatic Sea. Beautiful Croatian Coast of the Adriatic Sea is where I grew up. Modelled in Rhino, scene and texturing in Bryce. I'm planing on using the boat model in a rework of a scene I did a while ago. I liked how the boat and shadows alone turned out while I was texturing the boat, so I thought I'd turn it into a standalone piece too. A BIG thanks to my friend Tom271 for all his wonderful help getting me over the hump with boat and Rhino modelling. :) Thanks for looking :) Hugz, Connie

Nice work! Modeling anything appears extremely difficult to me so I envy anyone who can accomplish it! :)

Very simple but it works nice with so little elements, makes a nice image for a frame over a fireplace.

My father was a yatchsman, so for the first twenty years of my life, I spent around boats. I remember as a child spending a month in a shrimpboat harbor as my father had one of the ships carpenters there redo the cabinets in our saloon, plus having the yatch's bottom scraped and repainted. So I have a real softspot in my heart when it comes to pictures of boats and nautical life. I like this one very much. Yours truly, David P. Hoadley
