Description

WOOOOHOOOO! My new toy arrived at last, a Canon EOS 20D. I also bought a new 50mm 1.8 lens which arrived on Friday. Perfect timing, as soon as the lens arrived we had to drive off to a wedding, 950 miles there and back....phew!... Got back Sunday night and messed about with the camera in the garden this afternoon (Bank holiday up here). Well impressed. I wanted to creat a narrow DOF here and Viola! Easy! I feel like a kid with a new toy...Jeez I've been dreaming about it! Sad eh? Thanks for viewing

I am happy for you.Not that your other photography was anything but outstanding, I think this camera will work great for you.Seeing the clarity of this shot, I think the lens is very good.

Nice shot, Anthony. Seeing the 'butterfly', I was gobsmacked after a heavy day gardening, to see my first one of the year, this afternoon, in Wishaw. Plenty of bees, wasps, and this last week the dreaded midgies! ;o) Regards, John.
