This is my first post of hopefully many. I've always enjoyed photography, and occassionally I'll take a shot I'm proud of, but have never given myself the title of 'photographer'. I'd be happy to receive constructive criticism that will be actually helpful to me improving my future work related to lighting, composition, etc. This was taken with a digital camera at Rock Creek Cemetary in Maryland, near D.C. It's a gorgeous cemetary and I got a lot of good shots. This particular statue was interesting.. once you could get past the prickly holly, you could see that there were reddish stained streaks on her cheeks beneath her eyes that very much resembled tears.
