I might think working on the pose a while longer would help her balance out... seems very awkward.

You may also want to fix her right toes. They are sinking into the shoe. Her left hand also seems like she should be or wants to hold something!...Oh crap, did I say that out loud?! Ummm, ah...alright then. Great render!!!
