Description

thank all you who saw the first one I made and forgot about it intill I was looking into my old cd backups for images for a art show next year. It will be a two man show. A lady got the 3d art which is pottery. I got 2d which is this here if it is printed and hung on a wall. This I do not know if it going into the show or not. That why I posted both of them to see what you think. About thinking of one art; many times I will post something thinking no one will look at the image but maybe a hand full. I surprise over 150 or more look at it. Then other times I think I got a image that will blow they socks off; only to have 40 people look at it lol. My son still say i did not post my best photos yet. That why I have him looking too. BUt then I have a painting I put in this show at the first of the month and my son say it was not that good. I put it in anyway and the art people going crazy with it. lol I find out in Oct. to see if I place with it for the show will be judged. I have posted the painting of a swamp image here. Not the first swamp painting but the second one somewheres in my gallery. The first swamp painting was in the souther art show in Sherport, La. which is very hard to get in and only about 70 people looked at it. So I can not go by numbers. Hopalong may have somehing on number he say nude broards will sell. hmmmmmm??????? thanks fot comments and looking too

I like this one better, to my surprise. I thinks that it's the way the winner is breaking through the force field that makes it very unique. Not that all your work isn't unique because it is. You always have a great way of looking at things and thinking about them.

art by anyone is in the eye of the beholder, but many so called art, is nothing more than a chicken tracks but bring big bucks. I think how many look depends absolutely no reason most of the time. it seems like when some people are not around, many more are gone also. it runs in cycles, so if many come back to view art here then they bring others.it is like a grocery store, if you wait for customers they do not come in for 30 min. straight, but if you go to stock the cooler or shelfs here they come like crazy

I have seen pieces of art and thought, "I could do that..." the point is, I DIDN'T do it...I think the key to art is keeping the viewers attention long enough to think about it, and that, you do. Nice!

I know what you mean Jocko! I think I put up something good, barely any traffic, then I put up something mediocre, and the crowd goes wild? Just no telling what folks like....unless it's naked broads!!!! Hey! i have seen this one before? or something VERY similar? Doesn't matter! loved it then, and still love it now!!! you da man!!!!

I like this one over the one from a couple of days ago. This has excellent coloring. As far as what viewers will & will not like; Remember, Timing is everything! Now, when you find out what that is, let me know! ;)

It reminds me a little of the sort of thing you'd read in a Douglas Adams novel. Quirky and unexpected but works. I like it.

Well, I thought Jocko was portraying a wierd lottery of some kind. Anyway, I like it! You certainly have the talent to get paid the big bucks. Hope your show was a success!
