Just a change on this pic, stupid me got the red kangaroo mixed up with the Eastern grey! Here is the RED Kangaroo & I have posted the Eastern Grey now. Here's an Australian icon I caught on film yesterday. Thanx for viewing. As always full view to see the detail. :) Take care!

Aww such a beauty to see a kanga from down under!! Excellent shot. I must get out bush and find some myself!! I heard on the grape vine yesterday that a Caulified Grammar School in the Yarra Junction was going to kill 100 grey kangaroos (alrerady approved by State Dept of sustainability) on their property because they ate the grass and denied their farm cattle enough to eat. You'd would think they could fence the area off instead?? There will be a big protest with local/state newspapers later this week. Hope we can stop them!! Cheers from Lou.

Impressive portrait. Well we have a farm and do have trouble with the wallabies around. As far as fencing goes they can jump right over top. Numbers are mounting. But you have captured this kangaroo brilliantly.
