Description

Carefully Aliyah opened the phial and instantly the glowing sparks flow in the air before her. There was too little light from the moon this night and she would need the magical sparks glowing for a few seconds to open the look. When she put down the phial onto the steaning step below her it gave a cracking sound ... Was it too loud? Did somebody hear it in the otherwise silent night? Aliyah heard something from behind and immedeately grasped her dagger. Then she exhaled tranquilised ... just a cat hunting mice ... Now she would have to hurry and open the lock before the sparks would extinguish ... Grass from RDNA, phial made in Hexagon, rest from DAZ. I "finished" this image a few times ... still found things to do better. Now after 2 weeks of holiday I think I can finalise it. Three light sources with shadows calculated by software (hey, the word "Shadow" is in the name of the image!) took 14 hours to render it. No postwork besides making the original image a little brighter (it looked great on my laptop but was almost black on some monitors). Feel free to leave comments behind!

This is very well presented the colors and commentary work well to bring the whole piece together. If, I am make a small comment the image looks a little washed out, perhaps if you raized the saturation or contrast the dark lines would come out. Very nice job.

Very moody image. I like those and especially this. You put the pose, expressions, lighting all together for an exciting artwork. Well done! :) Best regards, Zwille.

"Wirlich zauberhaftes Bild"??? English here speaka dude! LOL Hey cauchy, great render! I know this pic is old, but I gotta comment and give you a 5 for it, although, someone commented that it does look a little faded out. I'd like to see THIS one re-done! I don't know how to do this kind of lighting, so I couldn't do it yet lol. Love this pic... love it! Thanks for commenting on my first pic and your help. I went back and got it right, just uploaded the other day =D. Regards, wolfie
