An image I finished recently, using a downloaded image from the web as a reference. Then painted it in Photoshop. There are numerous images on the web but they are low res of course, so while they're ok for basic shape, there is still a lot of opportunity to invent and add detail of your own to create more character. I used my own hand for reference to complete the pose, painting additional wrinkles etc to match. Painted a more messed hair style than before and added the cigarette. Lets be honest, Keith has a face that only a mother and someone wanting to practice working with textures and their custom brushes, could love. I plan to use him in a future fantasy image, as a wizard or......pirate? Hmmm! I wonder if Johhny Depp would be interested in the idea :-)
