Alas, even if it were fall, I wouldn't be seeing beautiful orange leaves everywhere.

I can relate! I may be lucky to find one or two deciduous trees hiding out with the kings pines and palms, haven't seen a fall coming in 6 years... I did though save lots of pictures from up north to fill a collage with ... Wonderfully delicate image, the zoom is spectacular, I feel like I could touch them! [=
