Description

Based on the alien characters from the TV series Deep Space Nine, this is my first attempt at a character model. It was made with splines and surface tools with the use of a displacement map to give it all those bump details.

A couple of months ago you had some very nice things to say about a post of mine. I guess it's my turn to return the compliment. Well done hankster. You are truly a master of your craft.

This is very well done..I mean excellant. Your attention to detail is fantastic. Now, if I had to pick, I would say that the eyes need a little work to make them look as amazingly realistic as the rest of the character. Believe me, that does not take away from the image at all...it is one hell of a great piece of work.

It's about time you put this model to good use. I was getting tired of waiting for it to have some texturing and background. Wonderful render. You gave it 110%. It was worth the wait.

Yes, it has been long time for this one. I started it back in Oct and then got swamped with other things and only got in the occasional hour or two to work on it. Compound that with the fact that I was still learning as I went along and it just dragged on and on. He is not really even finished but I have lost all interest in working on him. I am hoping someone can take over and complete the body and make a Poser guy out of him.

Dejah how you type in green? html code? Anyways this is the best Human Model i have ever seen created on here. I dont give out 10s very often and you get one. You know what I thought you did. I thought you took a poser model and created a mask in 3ds max and parented/attached to head. This is great. wish i could model humans :(
