Description

Your ancestors, while setting up camps as they traveled, had to gather wood for fires and, possibly, the construction of simple shelters. They would have done this along with the gathering of edibles. We are lucky to be witness to the past, to see one of the earliest depictions of a Weyerhauser ancestor, totally ignorant of the future success his lineage would enjoy. This one no doubt stuck one stick in the ground, probably when he was much older and more idle, then found it sprouting leaves and taking root. From then on they began "planting" for the future.
