Description

Credit: My thanks applies Thia for the permission to use her image 'Fantasia' as Model. When I saw the picture for the first time, I've liked it immediately and I thought, it would be a great challenge to try this one with UF. I've worked for a period of three weeks on the image and I needed the most time to find suitable formulas. At the end it became more and more layers, 88 all together, and my PC more and more slowly. And thus the image is not ready, actually, yet, I would like have worked still on the background, but, in the meantime, signified every click, every movement a calculation or drawing time of more than one minute. And this was no longer fun, this was boring and agonizing. After this experience the question remains for me whether it is worthwhile to create an image in this kind with UF if it works with a program like PS substantially better and easier. I'm not sure about it. And for any reasons, I can't explain why, I've the feeling anything isn't right with these image, only I don't know what. I know the high saturated red should be a bit more muted, however when I tried to do it, all colors appear too dull. FULL VIEW HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Created with Ultra Fractal. No postwork except for the titel. One of my favorites in your gallery of wonderful images at DA. Fine design, sweet detail and the loveliest of colors and texture. Personally, I think it's worth the time and work spent in UF. So excellent.

It's amazing how complicated the technical part of such a delightful render can be! The background is fantastic and the "bouquet" just beautiful. I don't mind the intense red, real flowers can be so provocative! Great design too.
