Description

Hi everyone
Thanks for all the comments on my previous upload:
- Simple Pleasures -
Today's post is a little different in the sense that I took it with my normal SLR (not Digital) camera and with Black and white film!! I.e I scanned this photo in... It was my first Black and White film - very exciting... Anyway... some shots came out great others not so great. It's different and hard thinking in Black and White, not colour! But I think I did ok for the first time...
Thanks for viewing and hope you have a great day / eve!

if you are having your film processed it is only a small cost to have them put on a cd, so you do not have to scan. excellent b/w capture

I think you did brilliantly - film is entirely different to digital and requires thinking about differently - superb job - you are lucky to have such a willing model :)

Beautiful portrait - love the ghostly reflection in the background. You seem to be doing very well with your first try at b&w film. Excellent!

I love working with Black and White. It adds such a nicely defined dimension you don't get with color sometimes. Excellent shot! Bunny

Lovely shot! It's years since I used b&w film. It was colour film that was expensive and b&w cheap - now it's the other way round!

I may have said this before, but I think cats are the perfect living sculptures. Form and function! And very cute too! I know I always liked watching our kitty. A very fine pic of your critter.

You did great! Of course the model helped. Does she ever have a bad hair day? Even the sun must caress her in passing. Skritches to her and cudos to you. Thanks for sharing. BJ
