Hi my name is Bill(started here as Primaltruck). I am an old hippy from the santa cruz mountains.I live with my wife and kids Alice and Chris..we also have 2 other kids Jason and leah, that are married and live elswhere..we live in the redwood forest with a spring and waterfall on our property and about 700 2nd growth redwoods..My artwork is definetly inspired by were i live and my family. My daughter(Alice) being a Tatoo artist and wife being my worst critic.she knows me and knows how to tell me when something doesnt look right without getting under my skin..Alice likes all art so she always says good things that help inspire me and i try to do the same for her..if you look at my rendorosity gallery you will see that i had a pretty rough start and took a year or so to get the hang of 3D art as i have always scetched and painted and created..But learning how to deal with something new is always an adventure..and its been a lot of fun and i have made alot of friends along the way.I mostly use Bryce and Poser and Photoshop on a Dell PC..and plan on getting Vue in the near future..and...I couldnt talk about art with out mentioning Dudley Wade(Prog)Who was one of my first friends here and a heck of a great teacher and i think i learned more from his advise and studying his art than anything else....I dont think i have a style, except that my style is in doing something different when i can think of it!and the longer i post art in these galleries the more i realize that its not really about the art but about the friendships made....getting better with our art is just icing on the cake..I have also been a musician all my life and have played guitar for 30 some odd years..Loving everything from Mel Torme to Jimi Hendrix to all the great new music i hear..some Favorites..Frank Zappa,Stevie Ray Vaughn,Beatles,Pink Floyd,Yes,Scott Henderson,Steve Vai,Joe Satriani,Steve Morse,Nuno Bentencourt,Paul Gilbert,Vinnie Moore,Frank Gambale,Al Dimeola,Les Paul,Chet Atkins,Speedy wes,Jimmy Brynt,Barney Kestle,Charlie Byrd, and many more..i have been posting at renderosity mostly and at Dreamslayerart,Tapestry of dreams,Innertraveler, artzone, renderotica and 3DCommune..not all at the same time...lol...I am very easy to get along with and treasure the friendships made here..I am not afraid to speak up for what i believe in ,am strictly non violent, love nature, and always looking for fun and a reason to celebrate life...so dont be afraid to say hello or ask for help..I dont bite that hard...Love and Peace and Respect.

Ah, good to see your name again. As I've said before (in comments only, and outside of Rendo), I tend to steer clear of the forums here. Nothing against anyone here, but I just like to browse through the galleries. That said, I'm usually oblvious to some of the goings on around here, but there are times when the forums can't contain it all, and other times I've wandered onto a forum because of something I've seen elsewhere. For whatever problems there may be, I still like it here. I hate to see people go, even more so when they're forced out. I could leave in support of them, but really, I want to stick around to see what people are posting and to upload some of my stuff whenever I get it done. I think I've improved over the past couple of years, and a lot of it's due to seeing others's work. And I want to continue that way. But enough rambling. I for one and glad that you've come back to post something, and I sure hope it's not a one time deal.

Bill, welcome back! I'm so glad you decided to stay because I missed your work. Excellent image. You've captured the look so well, not that I'm from that era but I do recall seeing movies with flappers.

ALLRIGHT!! Yes! Glad you're back. The issues probably won't or will change, but it's us who enjoy your work and learn from what you do that will be here so we can all bitch together. You image is stunning of course. I really like the fade. And you do theee best hair! It would be cool if you gave lessons, but then again, your hair is unique to your art. Awesome!

Wonderful portrait Bill! Awesome POV! A great big welcome back, although I know you never left, in fact I know you were here more in heart & soul than ever! It is up to all us Artists here to get involved, make suggestions that can be implemented, and once again make this truly the great Home it once was! Remember the proverb, Where theres a will, theres a way! It is Bill that has motivated me into seeing this through! Thanks Bill, I will get even one day! ;)

Great to see you back Bill, I'm glad you changed your mind. Never give up on which you believe in and keep the faith, maybe things will work out in the long run (if we get that old) You are so right, the first thing we are here for is have fun as much as we can, it is'nt always easy but we have to hold on. Excellent image again, a real 30's look. Thanks for comming back.

You know Bill. I have to agree about what you and Dennis have said . The only way for change is to be involved .But you know . I do stay clear of the forums here . I am not here for the politics. What has kept me here just like I was telling Rua aka Angeliceyes this past sat. is You, my dear friends. I should have left along time ago and you know all what happened. I stay because I love my friends and would miss them and their beautiful work like this. I would probably say my friend I dont think that anyone is not happy that you are staying . You are a stunning artist .But the best part is your one of the nicest guys around .Whom my friend ,I love dearly and am blessed to know. So welcome back :)

You are alwas welcome here, Bill. You are such a contributor in every way. I've been having a major problem receiving ebots from my favs and it is slowing down my ability to view and support many artists, and I agree the forums are frustrating so I don't participate there much, but I, too, would miss all the wonderful artist friends I have made over the years, and especially their superb work. Having fun with what we create is what keeps us doing it. As always, this is such a fine work. I particularly like the softness. Hugs - CC

My maternal grandmother looked like this at one time; as I keep reminding my sons, she was a very beautiful woman. As to the other business, remember: if you run away, the terrorists win. Glad you're hanging around, your art is too good to miss.

Very nice to see you back! I stay away from the forums because I NEED art and I don't want it contaminated by politics and power games. I always look forward to your art and admire your passion to defend your friends and what you think is right. But if you follow them when they leave, who is left to speak out?
