the modeling is very good but the texture of the furniture would be better if u give it a clouth texture than aleather one.also the carpet should be a little larger.finaly try to work on lighting system,try to use a big whight plan with radiosity

nice but the sceal??????? and the color not very good i love the mode of the room.
