The idea came from the first Incarnations of Immortality novel "On A Pale Horse".

Terrific image...great work!!! I remember seeing the book on store shelves man years ago and was always intrigued by the cover although I never read it. May have to check it out now.

Frank Zane was the first Mr. Olympia. I wonder why I never bought his book. Maybe because the cover had become dated by the time I saw it in a catalog. Death never grows old.
