Description

Ned Cunningham teaches the limestone carving tools at the Indiana Limestone Sculpture Symposium in 2001. I found this fisheye lens photo today. Carving limestone is a real joy! You can sign up at http://www.artlives.org/limestone06.html and try it yourself! Once you carve something in stone, it's going to be around for awhile. I carved an artichoke and address marker!

excellent marker that you made and a cool effect with the fisheye here :) I wanted to carve in wood at one time but never got into it seriously. Limestone sounds interesting.

My eyes are bulging.... It might be interesting to "square this up" with the spherize filter, set to, oh, -99%? But what about that bacon-wrapped aparagus bundle?
