Description

This started out as one of my infamous 'what can I do in xxx-hours' exercises. About four hours later I realized I might have something worth saving. At that precise moment, to my utter disbelief, as I went for the File/Save, Bryce did this amazing thing where it just vanished off the screen. And, again, to my complete disbelief, instead of screaming at the stars, I simply started over. Of course I didn't end up with the exact same image but I think I came pretty close. Now, initially, this was simply supposed to be a man and his cat walking through the woods. Except when I was finished I kept looking at the man (the guy with his hands behind his back). And I kept asking myself "What the heck is he looking at?" That's when I started adding the other figures. Yeah, yeah, I know I should've saved that last tidbit for my memoirs. Consider it a sneak peek.

Pretty cool.. but I say it would look better without gamma correction.:) *maybe I am wrong, but it does look like a few textures are lighten more then they should be.)

Nice one, but tweak the bushes with some texture, would make them look more real...lots of detail, seems like lots of work...good stuff

This again is a well designed and well put together pic. I like the colours of the meadow - (grassy bits)Looks like summer in Oz. Terrific too that you didn't give up when the crash happened.

Hiya Kenneth! It's great to hear that you've finally got yourself convinced you can actually DO something with the software you bought/got. I love the DoF in this pic, as the brightness on the mountains in the back is higher than in the front. [rest of comment is removed due to potentially offending content ^^ LOL] You know what I mean; keep it up Kenneth!
