'Hero' Another non-horror piece - maybe I should see a doctor - there's obviously something wrong with me :) Thanks for looking, I really appreciate it. Tony

You've really captured the moment Tony! I'm sure the horror of war can be understood here, as well as the humanity in the heart of the hero. Huge Fav!

So what if it's not your usual fare...it's still bloody brilliant...which makes it your usual fare. :) Lilliana's right...the horror's not here in this image, but either led to it, or lurks in wait for them both.

oh believe me, there is a major element of horror in this render. with the n. koreans testing nuclear weapons, and threating war against the US in today's news, this rendering takes on an entirely different feeling. it invokes mental images of american boys rescuing youngsters from the aftermath of a nuke strike either here or abroad. your timing on this particular image is....unique! very good by the way. doesnt this guy look a bit like ELVIS? got the lip snarl thing going on, same hair! lol. and i agree with marco.dd...there is an image back there in the background... some spooky looking ghosty guy, or two, floating around back there. good work tony, again.

Frankly, I LIKE this side of your artistic vision! The horror stuff is great; you're definitely a master of it, but also of mood and emotions of all kinds. Please continue to explore some of the other emotions besides fear, hate, horror, etc. A great imge!

War IS horror! And I think I see a skull in the background, or maybe I should see a doctor? ; ) None the less, this is a powerful piece, and brilliantly done! So much emotion....a real story here.
