Description

Francine (francinechristophe) on top of Matagrande, a pilgrim's habit to leave a stone a little everywhere on his way to Santiago de Compostela / Saint Jacques de Compostelle. Spain, Camino Frances.

Beautiful capture, Mary!! Agree with Drag/Bonita, deeply moving to me. Every stone placed tells the story of the journey made by each pilgrim. Superbe shot of Francine :-) The UK "coast to coast walk" finishes In Robin Hood's Bay, 192 miles in all. The walk is not over until you put a stone from Bay beach into your pocket, then dip your walking boots into the sea!! Similar wonderful habit :-) Gros Bisous to you and to Francine. Di.
