Awesome texture on that treetrunk...and such cute birdhouses as well. #:o) About your inquiry.....are you using Photoshop? I see you added a dropshadow and if you know how to bring up the box to add those, then you will find an option at the bottom where you can add a stroke onto your photo. As for creating a square colored line i suggest you create a new layer. Then use the rectangular selection tool....draw a selection where you want the line to be. Then rightclick inside your selection and chose "Stroke" ...or something like that. Kinda hard for me to explain when im using a swedish PS...im just guessing the english commands here. LOL. If you want a gradient stroke, simply double-click the layer in which the stroke is so that you get up the layer editor box...thingie. Then check the box for gradiant coloring....again...just guessing the commands here. #:o/ Good luck. I hope i helped even a little....although im sure someone could explain it even better for you. #;o)

Lovely capture!!! It's a pity there is no little bird on the pic, you feed them and they don't even pose for a photography! They're ungrateful! lol Bravo!!!! I hope it will be OK for you with Andreas explanations, I don't use Photoshop so it isn't exactly the same way to proceed with Photofiltre.

Pretty little bird houses and so colorful. When I was a little girl, we had a birdhouse in our big maple tree and a flying squirrel moved in. :-) The splash of color on this tree really wakes up the photo.
