Description

I was trying to write a story about a boy who goes into the forest and talks to the trees and learns the history of the families of all the trees and there battles with loggers and nature,overcrowding and pollution,The weather and all the things the old trees of the forest have endured!and to convey thier hardy spirits and strong family ties..Its still just a thought but at least thats something.Hope you enjoy the face of fall.

Fantastic! A tree on property where we lived in the country had a face on it. Two knotholes formed the eyes, a small cut-off branch the nose and a depression, the mouth. At night it looked like a tree spirit. This is sooo cool. Excellent.

Wow a fantastic painted face!!!! Marvelous work Bill!!! I still struggle with painting here. I'm quite good in oil an pastel but I can follow there the brush in my hand, not like here I follow only the brush my hand is somewhere else LOL, still a funny feeling!!LOL How ever you did a masterpiece, all this autum colours in it!!! Trees carry their wounds so majestically - they are bent and broken by nature and man and yet carry on and give so much. Always been fascinated with trees, so your story sounds intriguing. I like how you've given this tree a face and the blending of autumn colors. CC
