Description
After a comment about the realism of the DART interior on my last image posting, I decided to take it a bit further. Adding bump maps to the interior materials and reflection to the exterior materials, as well as choosing a slightly more dynamic angle, the interior looks even better, IMHO. ;-D
The piping on the seats was something I tried to apply with texture maps, but because of the way I UV mapped the seats, it 'bled' through to the lower edges of the seat sides - not what I intended. In order to make that work, I either have to remap the seats or create smart props that can be attahced to the seats; the latter would be easier for users to download and apply. The quilting on the seat surfaces is a bump map, and worked out pretty well, I think.

I like the gleam where the "metal meets metal" at the door frame. You did some great work on the interior! Looks gorgeous! One suggestion if you redo the seats, I'd flatten the console, to give more visual room. You'll know what I'm talking about if you put a camera where the pilot's head would be and just look forward. Wider touchscreen panels, angled for better viewing might be a good upgrade for the console,too? EVERY time I see the Dart--I just want to fly in the sucker! You do great work!
