Its going to slip out tommorrow but we've just about (but not quite) finished with our crop of Christmas models. Toon Santa is one of our most popular - so popular that the Norad Santa tracker website has had Toon Santa as their site Santa since Christmas 2005. Toon Santa has been significantly undated with new texture maps, displacement maps, new dials, revised joint limits, hands, and conforming gloves. He is also a much smarter dresser, and is Mimic compatible. Here Ive first rendered Toon Santa himself in Poser 6 - that is so that displacement maps show up correctly. This I combined with a Vue 5 render of Toon Santa's Ornament Shop. By using the "Winter" lights in Poser 6, I was able to come close to the rendering effects that we used for the Village pieces. Anyway - Toon Santa 2006 gets announced on October 13, possibly with some other goodies as well :-) We've already updates ToonSanta.com with a couple of additional renders.
