Description

First, let me say thanks to Danie for helping me figure out how to get the flames to come out right on the candles. It worked perfectly. :) This is the next contest image for my gallery of renders on the off topic board for VH. I thought it would be fun to do one of these like you find in magazines and newspapers sometimes. But man...trying to render this much stuff was a major pain in the a**. Had to hide one lady and her clothing and then render in two passes. And then I had to change things and re-do it. lol Accidentally ended up with different aspect ratios...and after spending nearly a week working on this, I decided I could live with that. If you're interested, there's technically 18 differences between the two. Might scrounge up something as a prize if somebody gets all 18...we'll see. :) Hope you have a great weekend. Beautiful images, but #2 really stands out more. I can only seem to find 6 differences. For the, the lighting and the background and accents of #2 are outstanding.

Okay, On my left it's the plant, the vase, the barrel, on the girl to my left it's the boots, the nails, the make-up, and the hair length. In the center I see the BG, the statue and the floor. The POV is further away in the lower image too. The girl on my right has a different expression, and hair, and shoes. On my right there's the lamp, the candle upside down, a different plant and the vase. I think that's 18... But I never was good in math! Great fun!

The plant looks differnt, plus you replaced the barrel with a toxic waste cannister, the backgrounds are different, her boots are different...whatever!!! They are both fantastic!!! Excellent job on getting that flame to work correctly!!! LOL I use a lot of touch ups with my postwork on getting those flames to look right :O) Excellent artwork John!!! Hugsss Frankie ^_^
