Description

AloooooooHa! Back to the beach this morning as it was too gorgeous a day to be cooped up doing yard work. I'll get to that later today....maybe. While shooting the waves this morning I saw this seabird trying to get to his little nest hidden amoung the rocks. You don't see many of these birds here, so this was such a bonus when he flew right into the shot. I waited just a little bit for the wave to catch up then snapped this. Little things like this really make my day. Hope everyone is enjoying the weekend and doing something they like for a change...Many thanks for the many comments left on my last posts and any you care to leave here.....Thanks for dropping by.....Aloha!!

Lovely capture! Brave little flyer. Don't worry about the yardwork, I have found that things I have to do are more patient than lovers. No matter how long I make them wait, my dirty dishes and unmade bed will wait forever for my return! LOL! Besides I think it may be illegal in several states to spend this kind of day at work! Thanks for sharing BJ

Dave, this is beyond serendipity! You must have patiently waited for just the right composition, lighting, wave form, and bird position and then with your magic finger anticipating the action..."click"...another moment in time forever captured perfectly! You're the wave master my friend!
