Description

After mowing the lawn, I saw this guy on the back garage wall. I took about 30 shots of him, only to find none were very good. So I went back to get more, this time getting a few nice ones. This is one of the most colorful. This is a Nymph Katydid, the stage before adult. Wonderful looking creature. Thanks for looking, Bruce PS FULL VIEW is nice and big.

Great snap...glad you persevered! I always get home to find none were good, lol. I found one of these, adult sized, in my garage the other day. He was still alive but sluggish. I tried to revive him but I think it's the end of his year. Didn't think to snap a pic. Argh, wasted opportunity. You even stopped mowing to take a snap...that's why you're successful. Keep 'em coming!!
