After Charly had dropped Officer Hope in one of the police departments it was almost midnight. He went up to the roof of his officebuilding and overlooked the gigantic city. He could almost smell the evil,as if those millions of souls sweated it out, evaporating it, into the dark Dystopian night. Down there was a pool of crime, and a villian at almost every corner. He could not go on living like this, there where people needing his help and now, that he knew what he could achieve, bearing his fathers blade, he had the means to help.
