About the image,I have had this sitting around collecting dust since last March.It just never seemed like the right time to upload it...I hope you like it.
Hope everyone is having a lovely week and thank you for all your wonderful comments on my last upload.I've been a bit busy and haven't had much time to comment,but I will do my best to catch up in the next few days.As always,any comments and/or opinions you would care to share with me are greatly appreciated.

such a simple shot, for all its motion & ruffle: It's so easy to capture straggling brush on hillsides (because of the built-in drama) but so hard to capture it gently & quietly; you've done the latter...Maybe part of it is the subdued hues, maybe part is the soft focus on the fence & ground (you've not made them sharp as most would), maybe part is the gentle golds of the weeds/grasses rather than bright & highlighted...For all its 'spill', it seems of one-piece, a gentle slope w/ burnt golds & those pinkish-bluish tones all over the ground & a patch of distant sky (& ocean)...A quiet & beautiful moment, and what a nice way to say happy birthday to someone who loves shots like these and who packs their shots with lots of golds too...What a gentle piece of art this is...
