Description

Alright so landscapes are sort of new for me, but I had to start doing them for my photography class. I also had to make then in black and white, this one I gave more of an Ansel Adams feel to it, hope you like it!

The rock features make this photo...from a compositional stand point..perhaps more rock and sky and less trees..But, that's just my opinion

I am pretty darn sure your professor will be mighty pleased with this one. You nailed the tonal range. Composition is also great. Awesome job! Have a wonderful day. #:o)

I like the trees! The smaller one in the center, seems to be twisted in the selfsame wind that has sculpted this rock over the centuries! Thanks for sharing. BJ aside: I've seen Ansel Adams' work. It was so enjoyable because in every shot, he allowed us to view the world from his perspective. Go out with your camera and find things that say share me with the world. The way you view them will be unique to you, and enjoyable to the viewer. Sorry for the lecture. BJ
