Description

microsoft is a love hate relationship and lately it has been all hate for me. My computer kept using 100% cpu tonight and could not figure out why. it is a fast cpu and I have 4 gigs of memory. I took this after a rain on this past sunday.the top rose must of been damaged while it still was a bud. maybe it will recover thanks for viewing and comments. I invite you to view this post by Dennis Reed http://www.renderosity.com/mod/gallery/index.php?image_id=1310438&member

That sounds like my laptop at the moment. Im eagerly awaiting the arrival of a new one though...yaaay. These shots are beautiful Richard. They could both easily stand on their own. Very crisp and clear. I cant possibly pick a favorite. #:o) Have a great day! #:o)

I especially like the bottom one with the rich color and the clear, large water drops. Very nice and I hope they both bloom big and full for you!

Your computer can only use 4 gigs of memory in multiple apps. Each app only gets 2 gig in 32 bit. Trying to render a landscape with a lot of texture going out to infinity as in surrealism is what makes it load up I have found. No matter how fast the CPU is it will always try to go to 100% CPU. I assume these were really big image way over screen size you were mapping down to fit here. That is intensive. Real time requires NASA size computing complexes. There are no snapshots of Mars. It takes days just to download an image. Never mind my patience or my niceness or even my love of nudity and it's freshness.

Hello Richard.. Long time my friend.. First this is a very lovely shot and droplets! I love both pictures.. And really very well done.. Now about your computer.. the 100% usage of your processor means, there is something running with a very high periority, you know what i mean! Some people don't notice that their computer is getting scanned "ANTI VIRUS" in stealth mode.. That can take process.. A big one.. Also the 4GB of rams is ok tho.. For example i am using 16GB DDR2 1066Mhz.. But trust me.. That won't make any difference! That will be good only to run applications.. And your main speed should remain the same.. To make it short.. Try to loginto windows or your OS, wait for about 30-40 secs after the boot.. Do what ever you were doing yesterday and made you notice the 100% process.. then on the left of your keyboard press: Ctrl+Shift+Esc, send me in PM what is the process taking the 90-100% on your sestem.. I need the file name with the extention please like: FireFOX.EXE! for example. Sigh! I might help you. Now enough turning this lovely post into a technical thread :)) Thank you again and have a nice day JOE
