BIO
Since 1993 the Dutch couple, Willem and Madeleine, have been working together in different fields of the arts and chose Hyperborea, as their professional name.
Being sculptors by trade, they have created a substantial collection of stone and bronze sculptures.
They've discovered the realm of computer graphics and this resulted in a large number of 3D renderings of alien landscapes inhabited with graceful life forms.
Most recently they have been working together on various projects in which they combine their sculptures, 3D artworks and original electronic ambient music into multi-media presentations.
Living in the south of The Netherlands, they have their own gallery and sculpture garden where visitors can experience their work.

These are such lovely poetic shapes, even though they remind me of manta rays.

Fabulous! The shapes almost seem to be dolphins imo. The beauty is unmistakable in your art. Once again you've created an art piece that leave the viewer spellbound, and weaving their own story. Always fasinating and beautiful
